Don't let your worries get the best of you; remember, Moses started out as a basket case.

Some people are kind, polite, and sweet-spirited until you try to sit in their pews.

It is easier to preach ten sermons than it is to live one.

When you get to your wit's end,you'll find God lives there

People are funny; they want the front of the bus, the middle of the road, and the back of the church.

Opportunity may knock once, but temptation bangs on your front door forever.

Quit griping about your church;if it was perfect, you couldn't belong there.

    Sicarii, Am delighted all the same that you do visit the blog there are some times when things get so Crazy that we do not have time for ourselves let alone others... or some even think that they can only visit some "blogs of note" some times when I see that I just remember am doing this cos the Lord said I should do it... i will tell you one secret now, I was about leaving this blog and going into active evengelism it was like I wasn't doing anything for the Lord, I was getting desperate and almost quit but... I went to Him and asked Him to instruct me again if I shold leave or not but the Lord suddendly answered my Prayer in an unsual way and I knew that He wanted me to continue. the Holy Spirit always reminds me that this blog is not about me in any case so I can only post what the Spirit leads me to so if anyone visits and don't like the posts they can visit other Christian blogs and still get what the Lord is teaching them there.
    My Brother am very happy that you visit perphaps you must have noticed that, I love your blog so much that is why I visited it often even before you started visiting this one.

The Miracle Of Prayer

by David J. Stewart I t is disturbing to find so many people that fail to believe God answers prayer. Several top “authors” and so-called “professionals” being interviewed on TV lately, have claimed that prayer is a great therapy (as an end in itself). You never hear them mention God. It is sad that prayer has been diminished to the status of going to the park to watch the birds. Prayer is not effective because it is a good therapy. Prayer is effective because there is an omnipotent (all powerful) God up in heaven that hears and answers prayer !  I am leery of bumper sticker theology.  I see bumper stickers promoting about the "Power of Prayer," but prayer is nothing without a Powerful Divine God.  I believe in the "Power of God." Answered prayer can only happen by a miracle of God.
