Suffice it to say that A dear friend, Sir Poddy sent me an email, at first I didn't go to the link but then He sent the article to my inbox which I was very grateful for. Several top “authors” and so-called “professionals” being interviewed on TV lately, have claimed that prayer is a great therapy (as an end in itself). You never hear them mention God. It is sad that prayer has been diminished to the status of going to the park to watch the birds. Prayer is not effective because it is a good therapy. A Desperate Man There was a man who had everything you could want, everything but happiness and hope. What will it cost us Christians to give our lives completely to God? This is a question I ask myself daily. Surrendering 99% of one's life is not and  will not be enough for  God Almighty but, He wants 100%, all of you and me .
