Will He Still Be Your God?

Greetings in the Name of the Lord! I actually got this through email and the title alone got my attention. I hope it does same for you too in Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Honestly We might  find ourselves in these kind of position/situation from time to time... but what matters is the Faith you have in God that... come whatever! He will still be my God! So today I ask you my friend, will he still be your God? if your answer is yes then  am happy for you and I congratulate you for not being a baby Christian in Faith but  have shown that you love God and you will not be shaken.

When you pray for years to get a job and now you have lost the job without
a hope of another one in near future, will He still be God?
Your business needs a leap and the only way you know is the way of prayer.
So you prayed and prayed. Then there is this peace that all is well and
that He shall soon do it. But that was not the case, the business has now
taken a deep dip and almost extinct. Will you still praise Him?
Your husband has gone wayward. You met him in Church when he was so
fervent serving God. But he slipped and drew back. This has kept tears on
your cheeks all the time. You now wonder where God was in all of these.
So, is God still your God?
Things really do happen that we cannot explain or get answers to on this
side of eternity, but let God forever be your God. 1Cor 15:19 say: “If in
this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.”
We need hope both in this life and in the life to come. So, when certain
things happen that shake our hopes in this life, please don’t let them
shake your hope in the life to come because “…things which are seen are
temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (2Cor 4:18)
Friends, “…though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed
day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh
for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;” (2Cor4:16-17)
Life may suddenly become so painful, please remember that we are gunning
for eternal weight of glory. So keep alive. Don’t sink down with the
travails. They are temporary. Let God forever be your God.
Have you ever given your life to Christ? Are you born again? If not, then
you are outside the covenant and may not have a part in these promises.
Surrender your life to Christ today, ask Jesus to forgive you your sins,
ask Him to come into your life and to make you a new person. By this you
have ended your enmity with God and have enlisted in the rightful promise
partakers. Then, congratulations

Oh Sicarii God knows my heart is glad for this comment and am also going to tell you that waiting upon the Lord is never a waste of Time for the Bible says in Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not Faint

    once again channels great blog, this is reall good. in life we all go through things that makes us question God but in all we still find our way back to God, so to me God will still be God and the believe me no matter your situation, no matter how low you get God will always be there.just don't lose faith.

I never knew I would write any article on Todd Bentley, because I deliberately avoided the topic while it was raging all over, even though my husband was very vocal against him and his group then, he is even telling me right now that he is not surprised about this piece of news . The Miracle Of Prayer

by David J. Stewart I t is disturbing to find so many people that fail to believe God answers prayer. Several top “authors” and so-called “professionals” being interviewed on TV lately, have claimed that prayer is a great therapy (as an end in itself). You never hear them mention God. It is sad that prayer has been diminished to the status of going to the park to watch the birds. Prayer is not effective because it is a good therapy. Prayer is effective because there is an omnipotent (all powerful) God up in heaven that hears and answers prayer !  I am leery of bumper sticker theology.  I see bumper stickers promoting about the "Power of Prayer," but prayer is nothing without a Powerful Divine God.  I believe in the "Power of God."
