Doctors at 5th International Medical Conference in Norway Emphasize Spiritual Healing

"Spiritual Healing is the remedy needed in the 21st century...we need to realize that miracles are far more contagious than any disease."
(Norway)—More than 200 Christian doctors and medical professionals from over 38 nations gathered in Trondheim for the 5th International Medical Conference this week and concluded that "medicine alone cannot deal with some of today's worst illnesses and that 'spiritual healing' is the remedy needed in the 21st century."
Among other things, the attendants reportedly examined actual case studies of miracles that were presented by various respected doctors as well as some patients. The cases, according to a Charisma Magazine report, ranged from a man being raised from the dead to a detached retina being healed, and a woman who received healing after being incapacitated when she was kicked by a horse.
"Doctors are the most credible people to testify to God's healing powers," said Honduras-born doctor Armando Pineda, who is now based in Florida and is director of the WCDN USA. "We need to realize that miracles are far more contagious than any disease."
Dr. Jenis av Rana, director of WCDN Scandinavia said: "In addition to the help that medical science has to offer we have the complete help, which only the Savior brings—the help He won on the cross when He, for our sake, won the complete and eternally valid freedom from everything our adversary tries to put on us. As believers it is our responsibility, in addition to providing medical or surgical aid, to bring them the complete help, which only the Savior can bring. [We must] be bold in this."
Reporter Dan Wooding noted that a surprising part of the conference was when the doctors who were not feeling well themselves lined up to be prayed for by other doctors, including Dr. Chancey W. Crandall IV who shared his personal testimony of seeing a patient resurrected. "This has been a wonderful experience for me as being with so many other doctors who believe as I do in God's healing power," said Crandall. "Sometimes you feel so alone, and now I realize that there are many of us in the medical profession."

The Thomas family experienced a medical miracle and wants everyone to know.
Val Thomas from West Virginia died and her family said their farewell. But 10 minutes after her heart stopped a third time, she miraculously woke up and called for her son.
"I feel very blessed," Thomas told NewsNet5. "I know God has something in store for me, another purpose. I don't know what it is but I'm sure he'll tell me."
Thomas' heart had stopped at home on Saturday at 1:30 a.m. Doctors at a West Virginia hospital say she suffered two heart attacks and had no brain waves for more than 17 hours, according to the local news channel.
Jim Thomas, her son, said her skin had already started to harden and her fingers curled.
"Death had set in," he said.
At the hospital, she was put on a special machine that induces hypothermia but then her heart stopped again.
"She had no neurological function," Dr. Kevin Eggleston told the news channel.
Daniel Pence, nephew of Val Thomas, commented, "I said to God just show me something. I know there's something here. And I didn't see it."
Val Thomas' chance of surviving was less than 10 percent.
The Thomas family began praying and son Jim said he felt peace.
But as doctors and family members were saying goodbye, a miracle happened.
"That's when Jesus Christ had stepped in and did his work," said Jim as he described the medical miracle.
When the nurses began to remove tubing from the mother, her arm moved, Pence explained. Then she coughed, her eyes fluttered and she began talking.
"She (the nurse) said, 'I'm so sorry Mrs. Thomas.' And mom said, 'That's OK honey. That's OK," Jim Thomas said.
Doctors as the Cleveland Clinic, where she was transferred, say the mother will be fine.
I say AMEN to this when I hear such wonderful news, all I can say is "Thank You Lord for your loving kindness to us"

Those who don't believe in Spiritual healing or rather supernatural healing but would rather rely on fear instead of faith in Christ Jesus have to read this and believe in the awesome saving Grace of Jesus Christ
Oswald Chamber once said... As soon as you begin to live the life of faith in God, fascinating and physically gratifying possibilities will open up before you. These things are yours by right, but if you are living the life of faith you will exercise your right to waive your rights, and let God make your choice for you.- Genesis 13:9 -
