Breaking News 1:59pm UK, Wednesday September 10, 2008 Eight suspected satanists have been arrested in Russia for allegedly stabbing to death and eating the body parts of four local teenagers, reports claim. The four victims were lured one by one to a country cottage in the region of Yaroslavl on the Volga River, a popular Russian tabloid said. The teenagers were then stabbed "666 times" each, as part of a satanist ritual, the daily said, quoting investigators. The victims were allegedly forced to get drunk before being stabbed and dismembered. Their killers then lit a bonfire under a tree near the cottage where they cooked and ate their victims' body parts, the report claimed. Hair from the victims was apparently found in the embers of the bonfire. The report also quoted interrogations with the suspects and said police had intercepted their phone calls following the killings. Capital punishment for apostasy is not codified in Iranian law,  Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) explained in a media advisory. According to the Bill of Indictment obtained by Farsi Christian News Network (FCNN), the prosecutor requested the death penalty for 53 year old Mahmoud Mohammad Matin-Azad and 40 year old Arash Ahmad-Ali Basirat by evoking the judge’s constitutional obligations to refer to Shari’a law, and by citing Imam Khomeini’s book, Tahrir-ul-Vasile, which stipulates the death penalty for apostasy. CSW said that as Mr Matin-Azad and Mr Basirat, who have been detained since May 15, await a verdict, another Iranian Christian, Ramtin Soodmand, has been held without formal charge since August 21, 2008. This post is to draw your attention to the serious Persecutions that our fellow Christians are going through in India. I have been worried for sometime now that almost everyone even the governments of the world are keeping quiet while these savage attacks are being meted out to our fellow  Christians all over the world.  we cannot sit back and do nothing brothers and Sister, there is something we can do and that is, call on Our Father in  Heaven to help us out in this case. I actually saw a Man threaten Christians on TV with death, if they don't denounce Christ and Christianity and it is so terrible and painful to see the horrific pictures and evil being perpetuated by these evil people on  Our Christian Brethren. So I am calling for Christians to Pray for India, I beg you to please take out time in your day to do this at least until the violence and maiming of the Children of God stops in India and elsewhere in the World.
